Thank you for visiting us online. Our aim is to offer you a wealth of information about cystic fibrosis, and introduce you to the many ways you can make a profound difference in the lives of the children and adults living with CF.

For more than 50 years, with the support of people like you, we have advanced the search for a cure. Today, thanks to remarkable scientific and medical breakthroughs, people with CF are living longer, healthier lives than ever before.

Real progress has been made, but we still have much to do. We need your support now — more than ever — to advance critical research that will lead to a cure.
